Eligibility and delivery details

All our products are eligible for delivery by parcel to your home.

  • Shipping availability: Centre du Québec and Montérégie
  • Standard delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
  • Carrier: Private carrier of Semences Beauregard

Shipping fees

  • Delivery is included within a radius of 0-100 km (from 1271 rang Salvail Sud, La Presentation J0H 1B0) with a minimum purchase of $2,000.
  • Delivery is included within a radius of 101-150 km (from 1271 rang Salvail Sud, La Presentation J0H 1B0) with a minimum purchase of $5,000.
  • Otherwise pick-up at: 1271 rang Salvail Sud, La Presentation. J0H 1B0

Return policy

All products must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of the order. No refunds or returns are possible after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Products are returnable if the bag is unopened and undamaged.

Refund and exchange policy (if applicable)

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a maximum of 15 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. First, check again your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@semencesbeauregard.com.

Exchange (if applicable)

If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@semencesbeauregard.com and we will contact you to make the exchange either at La Presentation at 1271 Salvail Sud.

How to return an item

By carrier

To return a purchase made online, send us the unused item in its original packaging along with a copy of your original invoice to: 1271 Rang Salvail Sud, La Presentation, QC, J0H 1B0, Canada.

Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In-store

To return your purchase made online and return it directly to the store, call us to make an appointment. Bring your original receipt and the unused product in its original packaging to your appointment.
